It is confirmed that the committee have voted overwhelmingly in favour of re-opening the club for the use of cricket practice sessions.

The outcome of the decision means we need to implement the steps identified in the Risk Assessment and Working Guidelines produced for this purpose, that will allow club members to access facilities.

This entails a Code of Conduct to ensure the club and it's members operate safely within ECB guidelines, adopted as part of this preparatory stage.

We will need a group of volunteers (approved by the club) who will be responsible for sessions and capable of ensuring participants meet the requirements to use the facilities.

An "on-line" booking system will be used to ensure equitable access in a controlled and safe manner.

All this is likely to take a minimum of 48 hours and we'll update with full details when complete.
