As The 2016 LCC Fantasy League leaps the final fence and heads into the long three week run-in, there appears to be some clarity where the top spots are heading.
On another low scoring weekend Josh Booth, James Horne and Regan Broadbent will be the happiest bunnies although Kev Booth, Wes Brookes, John and Michael Brooke may hold out faint hopes of catching the leaders (being within 250 points).
The TENTH spot prize is a battle between You Can't Score Runs in the Pavilion (Official XI) 6777 pts, Treasurer Richard Thompson's Piste Off XI (6725), Janet Westy's Wanderers (6712), the plagiarised You Can't Score Runs (Jack Booth XI) (6712) and Rambling Bob Horne (6708).
The number EIGHTEEN place prize sees Chairman's XI (6474), Mark Horne's Patatas Bravas & Rhys (Jowett's) Wrong Form - both on 6405 and in with a shout.
Not to be forgotten at the low end of the table TWENTY FIFTH place has Steve Coooper's Six Overthrows on for a prize (5742), although Claire Horne's Not The Family Tree (5733) hopes to have a late spurt.
Wooden Spoon - 32nd and bottom with no prospect of being moved is the the side that did NOT Come Good in August - Steve Hartley paltry 1227 points means he is already planning a big nosh-up on the winnings.
