Final preparations are in the making by Coordinators Kevin Booth and Richard Edwards, whilst Deputy Club and Junior Chairman Duncan Powe is busy negotiating with Paul The Weatherman to send the Showers somewhere else for once!

Tickets for the Evening Bash at The Lightcliffe Club (NOT the Pavilion) will be available on sale during the event at £5 per adult (supervised children free)

Start: 130pm - note the earlier time due to numbers!!
Can all players come in kit (cricket tops as minimum preferable and cricket boots if you have them)

Tournament: Start 2pm prompt - 5pm

Competition Format.[/b]
Skills ball - helmets/pads NOT required for any team
6 overs per side
Retirements and batting orders to follow through to following games.

4 Teams per competition of 7/8 per side.
(Junior Players Pre-selected so if you have not advised the Junior Coordinators of attendance we cannot guarantee a spot!)

Presentations and Prizegiving: 5.15pm
For all teams Under 9s through to Under 17s

Finish 6pm

Catering:
A BBQ is planned from mid afternoon onwards. Drinks and snacks available in the Pavilion.
