Congratulations to Lucas Arnot and Ted Stead who both represented Yorkshire Schools Cricket Association U15 last week as they were Runners Up in the Barnard Castle County Cricket Festival.

After topping Group B in the Round Robin, Yorkshire performed brilliantly to beat the Ireland U15 national team by 79 runs in the Semi Final.

Lucas was in top all-round form scoring 35 with the bat and taking 2-25 from 10 in Irelands reply, whilst Ted also contributed to an excellent performance in the field taking 2-11 off 4.

Yorkshire went on to face the extremely talented unbeaten ACE Cricket Programme in the Final, where they were unfortunately beaten by 80 runs at Barnard Castle School.
